Rika is pictured at 12 months winning WB, BW and BOS (over a special) for 4 points under Thomas Kilucullen.   Needless to say, if not for administrative errors she would have been a champion from this showing.

Rika is shown winning her first "legal" points - a 3 point major - under Irish judge, Pia Dempsey during the Oklahoma City weekend.  This is my favorite photo of her, illustrating as it does, her wonderful type and body lines which distinquish the Cardigan from its cousin the Pembroke, to say nothing of her supreme quality, make and balance.

Rika's first time in the ring - Louisville supported entry - she's almost 9 months old Best of Opposite Sex in Sweepstakes under Mary Sue Olcott. 

(She also went WB & BW for 4 pts under Cathy Ochs-Cline – but the win was disallowed because she was shown in 9-12 months and should have been in 6-9 months!)
